  • Should the size not align or the color fail to delight, our Return or Exchange option is available to you.

Return Guidelines and Terms

  • Returns and exchanges are applicable within 10 days from the moment your package is delivered.
  • For a return or exchange to be considered, the products must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, all the while retaining their original labels, tags, and packaging.
  • Kindly note that innerwear items are exempt from our return policy, due to hygiene considerations.
  • We hold the right to evaluate and modify return eligibility if the returned items don’t meet our standards of newness.
  • In instances where your desired replacement item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit, valid for up to 12 months.
  • Presently, the cost associated with returning the item is not covered by us and is the responsibility of the customer. However, if the product fails to meet your expectations, you have the option to return it for store credits, provided it adheres to our return guidelines.
